ownership and warranty transfer status

I had applied for a warranty transfer of my Dell Laptop on 25 Feb 2019. Its been close to over a month now and I haven't received any update on the status of the transfer. How can I get the status of the transfer request ? Thanks in advance.

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
