pathetic customer service, unresponsive to emails or call support.

I am trying to make a  purchase of Dell Vostro 14 5401 from dell official website, However, when I try to opt for additional services like 3Y pro support or extended anti-virus subscription, it does not get selected and the page gets refreshed so i thought of contacting the dell support but every time I call,I am put on hold from at least 45 mins.

All it says is "heavy call traffic", whether you call at 10 AM IST or 6 PM IST. I even tried contacting the dell chat support but got no response.

The same issue was faced by me, with my previous purchase, where no information was given to me after the payment and zero response from the dell support, i tried for approximately 8 days and ultimately have to cancel my order. 

Pathetic and highly unprofessional service is being delivered by dell india to customers.
