Dell Dimension 4600 More Storage
I have a Dell Dimension 4600 with a 40G hard Drive. Can I add more storage internally? I would like at least 40G more.

You can add more drives.
The Dimension 4600 has two 40-pin IDE connectors, each should be able to support two drives; assuming you have one hard drive and one CD driver you may be able to add two additional IDE drives (this should be ATA/100). This system also has two Serial-ATA (SATA) connectors that can also be used to add more drives (one in each).
