Dell EMC Powerlink Registration
Online support for Dell | EMC products is currently available on both Dell's support site and the Dell Community Forum on the EMC Powerlink site.
To access Powerlink you must have a user name and password for that site. Your Dell login information will not work on Powerlink.
If you are a Dell | EMC customer and do not have an EMC Powerlink user name and password you can request one here.

I see there have been tickets opened for this error but yet it still occurs.
Powerlink cookie is not available.
Unfortunately I am trying to finish up some training by EOY....after fighting with this error for days I finally got in.
Then the Module 9 came up blank and it said there were issues with the IVLT......
This is really frustrating.
