Is there a limited number of max iscsi connecting targets on windows2008
I have a problem when I use iscsi initiator on windows server 2008.
I add 256 iscsi targets to the initiator of the server. Then ,I see all the targets in iscsi initiator properties GUI,with the initial status inactive,so I connect them one by one,
but I can only connected 63 targets,when I connect the 64th target,error occurs,

with error like:The target does not have enough resources to process the request.
Is there anyone konw what is it about?

You may want to post this on the Microsoft message boards as it sounds like a possible limit or maybe there's an environmental parameter that can be set in Windows to allow more connections.
Note: you posted in the Dell|EMC section. I think EMC only validated connecting to up to 4 Clariion SAN arrays. If each array even had 8 iSCSI ports, you still wouldn't exceed 32 targets. How do you have 256 targets?
