PowerVault MD1200 replacing disk Failure Predicted!
Have a MD1200 Enclosure with Physical Disk 0:0:0 with Failure Predicted.
Is it just as simple as removing old disk and replacing with the same type and it will rebuild?
Or should I choose to take it offline in the Openmanage before then replace or just pull the disk and replace?
It's been awhile and I somehow just today inherited this server.

Hello saxman88
It is best to put the drive in offline status first then replace the disk. Once the drive has been replaced then you will want to check to ensure that the replacement is online in openmanage. Once it is online the drive should rebuild to the raid array. If it doesn’t then you can assign it as a hotspare and that will allow the drive to rebuild as well.
