DD OS 5.4 support bundle authentication failure

I've been trying to upload a support bundle from the CLI of one my Data Domain systems unsuccessfully.  I have a support.emc.com account but I'm unable to do the upload for any of my Data Domains while my teammates don't appear to have this issue.  We're running Data Domain OS 5.4.4.2-453843 on these machines.  Seems like it's a simple ID issue with support somewhere but does anyone have any ideas on where the problem lies or log wise where it would give me more detail?

Here's a sample of the output below.

support bundle create default and-upload transport http

sysadmin@xxxxxxx# support bundle create default and-upload transport http

Hi mvdegasperis,

Many times, company web policies will block the http connection that the DataDomain is trying to make.  Once you run this command you can access the support bundle from the MAINTENANCE > SUPPORT tab on the DataDomain Enterprise Manager GUI.  From there you can download it and upload it directly to your SR#.  Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Thanks Patrick, my coworkers are able to upload without any issue from the command line so I'm thinking it's something related to my support ID.  Could I send you my ID and have you look in to the support side?
