DD2500-Factory reset procedure
Hi,
We have recently taken possession of a DD2500 from a division that was shut down. The previous administrator is no longer with the company.
We are looking to re-task this box, and are not concerned with whatever data may happen to be on it currently.
Does anyone have the procedure to reset the box back to factory defaults (default password)?
The DD2500 does not (yet) have support on it, so I cannot call support on this.
Thanks in advance for any input.

If you don't know the password the only way to reset it is to contact support.
There is a usb install guide but I don't see the download for the install files needed. Also note that if you re-install DDOS it will wipe any licenses like boost and replication.

hi,
if u need the install files to reinstall the dd you also need to contact support.
