If you have some other account with sysadmin priv, one can escape to bash shell and reset it from there - still, it is recommended for support to do that. If you do not have this, there are still ways, but for those you need to contact support for sure.
I would really suggest connect via serial cable from laptop to DD than using mobile or if you have direct connection to internet from your laptop, this should work.
There is, I never did it on DD9300, but I assume it will be same as on other boxes. For reimage you need iso from support to create bootable usb, but this will destroy all data on box.
You can also boot to single user mode for password reset.

No, it will not work. This is the message received when trying to change the sysadmin password by a admin user:
Only "sysadmin" can change password for "sysadmin" user.
This is the recommended procedure:

it is not easy to contact support, because to our site regulations remote or onsite access is not simple.
we prefer to run the reset procedure myslef.
if anybody can guide me and help me get rid of this problem ?

Contact support, that is the easiest way, it will take 15 minutes to them. Write shell-escape is not enough to get to DD shell.
