Data domain encountered filesystem error that cancelled the cleaning and data-movement

The data-movement to ECS restarted itself.   Since the whole day, it was just sitting at 0% complete of phase 1 of 3 (copying).   I know it is not doing anything as the Files copied: 0, Files verified: 0, Files installed: 0 the whole day.   I tried suspending the data-movement job this afternoon but it's still not still suspended.   I don't want to issue the data-movement stop as I don't know the implication of stopping it.

If I issue the "data-movement stop", will the data-movement resume from where it left off?
