You can add your email to distribution list for autosupport via GUI or via autosupport CLI.

I too from EMC, however on client location (ADP), I need one more help is there any way that I can configure my mail id for latest updates on DD if yes please suggest thanks.

filesys clean status will give you time it finished and then since it starts at the same time you can easily see how long it lasted.  Previous ones can be seen from autosupport outputs.

That’s right but I need to change my email id in profile it is displaying Akhilesh.ojha-contractor@adp.com and I need to register my emc mail id i.e. Akhilesh.ojha@emc.com.

I do not know what you need to do, but I know you can put any email address you need and have multiple of those there too.
