Unable to download Data Domain Virtual Edition

I've been trying searching many web pages in Dell website, and in the end I get this page for download:

But I still get the error:

I've been searching for post in forums and some google search, and it seems that this problem persists for many users, so I ask, where can I download the latest version of Data Domain Virtual Edition, in this case it would be:

DDVE version 4.0 with DD OS 7.0.0.7
