VCSA Backup to Data Domain

We want to backup regularly our configuration data from VCSA(vCenter Server Appliance) to Data Domain using FTPS or HTTPS protocol only. Have any one done this. Is Data Domain 6.0 supports ftps/https protocol for file transfer to it. Please share your thoughts and inputs. Thank You
