access to datadomain based on IP address with any user
Just got my data domain installed this month and trying to get some things set up. I have a DD2200 and I have created a MTree for a particular application to backup data to. I have set up the access from just the IP address of my vendors servers. I would like to allow any user from those servers to be able to have full control of the data associated with that mtree. My integrator tried putting in * for the user but that didn't work. I have also tried no users.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's a CIFS share i assume ?

Yes this is via CIFS. After doing some more reading, it looks like I need to manage this via MMC. When I go to manager the DD through Computer Management, it throws a message about Event Viewer is unable to open, The RPC server is unavailable.
