DPA 6.3 SLA Summary Report

Hi,

We are using DPA 6.3 which is monitoring our two Avamar 7.3 Grids, two Data Domain 9500s and a Networker Server.  i'm trying to get SLA summary report to work whereby it indicates how many backups ran with the Backup Window. So by default I'm using the SLA summary.  It shows 0 for Within SLA for all clients.

We have over 2000+ clients but I'm pretty positive that 99% of the client backups are done within the backup window of 7PM-5AM.

If I drill into Backup All Jobs for a Specific Client, Ran in Window shows "False" and Out of Window Reason shows "No Policy Assigned"

Groups are assigned to schedules and each of the schedules (except for SQL or Oracle Inrementals) run between the backup window so why is DPA not reporting the information accurately?

Hi Matthew,

What is the time period you select to run Backup SLA Summary and Backup SLA Summary by Client ?

I have tested both reports in my test lab with Time period Last month and scope is BU server "Networker".

Both Reports are showing Data.
