NetBackup media vaulting history with DPA?

Hopefully I'm using the right terminology here.  Please forgive me if I'm not.

I'd like to create a report in DPA 6.1.x that shows NetBackup media movement over time, i.e.

01/01/2015      tape ejected from TLD1

01/01/2015     tape sent to Iron Mountain

06/01/2015      tape returned from Iron Mountain

06/01/2015      tape loaded

06/02/2015     tape sent to Iron Mountain

09/01/2015     tape returned to Iron Mountain

Anybody created a (or seen an existing) report like this?
