about creating report templates
Hi ,
i have created a report template and saved in custom report templates , then i went to report Menu and tried to add it Navigator Menu
but it is not editable so i copied to new one called Copy of navigator Menu and add the report that i have crearted in it
but when i go to run reports , i didn't find the report that have i created any suggestions ??

Hi,
I worked with Support and the Navigator Menu is not editable, so we created another one by copying the navigator menu and then under that report menu name we created a new folder and added the custom template there.
Then we had to go to admin > Users and Security and modify my user acct under Report Preferences to use the new Navigator Menu and now I can run that custom template.
