Two questions regarding Recoverpoint for VM
1. In local VM protection(CDP) configuration, i.e. one vRPA cluster configuration, Can it replicate VMs from one vCenter to another vCenter ? Or the Production copy and Replication copy must be in one vCenter ?
2. How Recoverpoint for VM protection a vCenter ?
Thanks.

Hi there,
I'm having trouble with the question, you want to use CDP for local protection but you have more than one VC which you want to replicate between. Can I ask why?

I may be wrong, but I don't think RP4 VM's does CLR (Continuous Local & Remote) just yet, which I think is what you're asking in 1. ?

No, i means just use one RPA cluster, CLR/CRR need at lease two RPA clusters.

In case the whole Production vSphere environment disaster, for example the array outage, in this case, all the production VM's and vCenter(vm also) will not be availale, then how can you recover the VM's without the vCenter and vRPA's?

Try to ask it in Recoverpoint forum instead.
