Latitude_E5x70_Precision_3510_1.15.4 update softwear

Hi Guys

Hope you're doing well.

I just need to install the softwear update Latitude_E5x70_Precision_3510_1.15.4 but when it starts running ask me the "admin password".

I tryed all the passwords I use in this laptop (even the administrator password because was the first one I typed) but the program says it is incorrect.

what can I do to install this update without this issue..?
