I have the same issue with the same errors. It looks like a browser problem, because with chrome it was not possible because the eula screen was not visible. With firefox i was able to do the update! Please try it with different browser...
Certain features of Power Manager require licenses. Device monitoring and setting threshold values for alerting for both server and chassis devices do not require a license.
Power Capping and Emergency Power Reduction features require the following:
@DELL-Joey C I don't even know what you mean? I had all these plugins working fine before the update and I've never to my knowledge had a license for openmanage so?
None of the plug ins work they all return the same error above when trying to install.

Hello @TScott79,
Just to confirm, what plugin are you trying to update in OME? Could you get a screenshot of it? By the way, what type of license do you have on OME?
Hi @b00ch,
Could you describe how did you update OME 3.4 to 3.6?

@TScott79 - As this is a new release these are the first reports of this.
Does it present you any end user license agreement to accept when you update?
I have a Systems Management engineer engaged that will check into this and I can update on the results.
If you have the ability to contact support directly and open a support case that could help.
@b00ch - If you could update us on the result of your case, when resolved, that would be great.
If you would like to private message me the case number I can get a look.
