Dell Tech Release
When I login to my tech release it tells me there is an update to the lexington console but when I click it the page just refreshes it doesn't download anything or prompt me to do anything, what gives?
I also see nothing in the documentation of 3.0 for updating from the tech release, and I see no place in the tech release to check for an update to the console.

So, I rebooted the device and some menu items that were not showing are now showing and I was able to update.

When logged in under the "application settings" drop down there is a "console update" section that you can go to and apply the updates from.
I do know 3.0 does support an upgrade from the tech release.

Yeah, I don't see that under the drop down and I'm an administrator, so not sure what's going on.

Have you tried with the default admin account to see if it shows up?

@Doug Y
I only use the admin account, I never added any other account since it was a tech release.

@DELL-Pupul M
It has access but I see no way to do what you're asking?

Interesting and weird :) Thanks for taking time to update the post.

I am having the exact same issue. The appliance has access to the internet as it downloads the firmware catalogs just fine but the online upgrade doesn't work. I rebooted it yesterday and since then I only see Network, Users, Security and Alert beneath Application Settings. I have rebooted it several times as well as restarted the services no still the Console option has gone.
Version 1.0.0 (Build 543)
Tried from different browsers but all the exact same.
Any ideas?

Might be worth calling in and asking, not sure why a reboot solved it for me to be honest.
