Managing PowerConnect M8024-K switches via OpenManage Enterprise

Hi all
I have a customer that is currently using both OpenManage Essentials as well as OpenManage Enterprise. He has migrated nearly all of his systems over to OpenManage Enterprise but he cannot migrate the PowerConnect M8024-K switches in his M1000e’s as they are not on the OpenManage Enterprise support matrix.
I have two questions in this regard:
•	Would he not still receive hardware errors for these switches via the M1000e’s CMC’s that are managed in OpenManage Enterprise?
•	Could he not import the MIB pack for the M8024-K switches into OpenManage Enterprise as a way to manage them? (which should be possible as that is the point on MIB’s) If this is possible. What functionality could he expect?
