OME3.0 cannot get servers model on server that have idrac6
I just deployed OME 3.0 and I cannot get versions and etc. info from "older" server that have idrac6 ver. 2.90.These idrac6 servers are listed as unknown. Servers that have idrac8 are identified correctly. Servers that have idrac6 are working OK in their web page. As I understand the CISOR settings from LC should need to be set on (now it is not "ON"). I would appreciate any advice how can I get the CISOR settings “ON” remotely.

Hi,
To enable CSIOR on iDRAC6, i don't think it is possible remotely. For other servers, you can follow the below steps:
SSH into your iDRAC7s and run the following:
racadm get LifecycleController.LCAttributes.CollectSystemInventoryOnRestart
It will tell you whether CSIOR's enabled. If it isn't you can enable it using:
racadm set LifecycleController.LCAttributes.CollectSystemInventoryOnRestart Enabled
You'll need to reboot the server to force it to take a new inventory.
It is possible the OMEnterprise is not fetching the model details, etc because CSIOR has not completed.
