Open Manage Enterprise backup and restore procedure
Hello experts,
would it be possible to back up the entire appliance and then restore all objects after a new installation?
Every suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Hi Max and thanks for the post.
We will support in place upgrades from one version of OpenManage Enterprise to the next.
Other option is to use VM snapshots for a kind of backup. Though it does not address the use case you are looking for. We don't currently have a backup/restore workflow.

Is there a way to export and import the device list incase of a critical issue with the OME Appliance that requires a reinstall?
