servers not visible in firmware/driver compliance
Hi
I want to make firmware/driver compliance for certain group of servers.
And when I look under tab devices -> Custom groups -> query groups, I have 6 servers.
But, when I go to Configuration tab -> Firmware/driver compliance and try to make new baseline for that query group I have only 2 servers in that group.
Even if I look under tab devices -> system groups -> server, I have 42 devices, but when I look at the same system group in a baseline, there is only 38 servers.
All other query groups are visible in both tabs

Hrvoje023,
It sounds like inventory isn't working correctly, so if you drill into the device in the Devices pane it probably won't show the current revisions you are running. It could also be that there is an issue with some specific configs where a PCI device is inserting a non utf-8 character in and causing OME not to be able to inventory correctly as well.
If you are able to run and upload a TSR, I can verify if the second is the case.
If you do decide to run a TSr then private message me the svc tag you used to upload the TSR to upload. dell. com so I can locate it.
You can find steps for running a TSR here.
Let me know if this helps.

Hello thyos2000,
Chris is out of office today.
Could you give some details about the issue you are having?
Also any troubleshooting steps you have done already.
Please include screen shots and relevant version information to your issue.
Make sure to remove any personal information like service tag number.
For OME issues I often recommend first try these steps:
*Clear browser cache
*Try a different browser
*Reboot appliance

Hi, I've solved my problem by updating all servers with latest iDRAC Firmware Version.
For some reason, some servers came with older firmware version.
After update, everything was working fine.

Hello Chris,
I have the same problem. From which server should I extract the TSR? I deploy my OME on an ESXi VM.
Thank you

Hello,
I tried other browsers and other computers, I restarted the appliance still, but the discovered IDARC details are not showing. I have attached some screenshots that you can refer to.
Thanks
