vCenter Appliance Download

Im looking for the appliance download for vCenter OME Integration and cant seem to find it. I have it running in one of my vcenters from the initial install a few years back and want to install into another vcenter but i cant seem to find the appliance. Has this been disbanded as I found this document which talks about migrating from OMIVV to OMEVV?
