Can't update catalog
I saw posts from back in January that a bad catalog was causing update issues in OME. But, I'm having this problem today.
When I try to update, I get this result:
Import Dell Version Control Catalog for System Update from ftp://ftp.dell.com/catalog/catalog.cab failed.Exception message: Error: 50000, Procedure: usp_ErrorLog_Insert, Message: Error: 2627, Procedure: usp_SupportedDevices_Insert, Message: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_SupportedDevices'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Catalog.SupportedDevices'. The duplicate key value is (25227).

There has been a recent change to the catalog that was posted on October 18 that could be causing the import error.
A patch is available, but you will need to get it from the support team. Please call 800-945-3355 and reference the following "PSQN" number:
#587517. OME 1.0.1 Unable to Import Catalog from ftp.dell.com.

Apparently, there is no patch available. Support says I must wait until 1.1 is released.

Sorry for the bother. This is _fresh_ information (as of about 30 minutes ago :-) ) The support team might not have all gotten the word yet.
Please be sure to reference the PSQN number in my previous post.
There _is_ a 1.0.1 patch you can get today. Or you can wait until next week for 1.1.

Thanks, Rob. I was contacted, got the fix, implemented it and I was able to update my catalog.

Hi,
cannot update Essentials calalog.cab. When I click get the latest on System update tab it keeps loading... Nothing happens.
Only reinstall helps :(
