OME not Updating internal Data
Hello
I have a Problem with our OME Server.
It is about updating a M710
On Actualisation Task I saw the Firmware of the RAID Controller: 12.10.4.0001 (PERC H700)
So, I want to update the Raid Firmware. The update of the Controller was carried out good and without any problems.
But, on the Server Overview on OME there is still the old Firmware version: (I restarted and make a full inventising of the M710 yet)
On the Actualisation Tab I see still the old FRMW:
If I go to the iDRAC – Page, I see the correct Firmware:
My OME Server is Version 1.2.1.0
What can I do to fix the Problem?

Hi,
Thanks for your post.
Can you try deleting the server in OME and running discovery/inventory for it again?

Thanks for the update.
Can you try running "Troubleshooting Tool"? Select WS-MAN as test and use the iDrac IP address and credentials to see if you are able to communicate with the iDrac.

If you goto support.dell.com and change the country on the top left then it tells you the phone numbers there…

Thanks for the clarification.
I was thinking you are using iDrac for discovery and updates. If you are using OMSA, you may want to restart OMSA service on the target node since it looks like OME is not getting the updated version information from OMSA. Can you try restarting OMSA services including "DSM SA Data manager" service on that target server and then run inventory in OME?

We got it...!
We saw it on a dset-Report of the System.
There were 2 Perc Controller, but there is just one installed.
The DELL Support believe it happened during the Firmware Update. There must be a renaming of the Controller.
And then there are 2 Firmware
It sould be done on a DRAC Reset or a Blade-Replug...
Greetings from Germany
