OpenManage Essentials: Access to the download site is no longer available
When I try and do a System Update on a R630 server, I get the message:
Results: Access to the download site is no longer available. Only a partial number of packages could be downloaded. Package(s) downloaded (or) copied....
And only 2 of the 7 .exe files are downloaded.
What does this message mean?
If I go to my browser and type the failed link in, I can download the packages fine. So they do exist, and can be downloaded via IE or Chrome.
Why can't OpenManageEssentials download them then?!?
Thanks,
Richard.

I discovered we have a new firewall that blocks un-authenticated access to internet. When I added downloads.dell.com to the exclusion list, now it works again. So the firewall was blocking un-authenticated access to the dell website.
