OpenManage error on loading

Open Manage Essentials gives an error on loading.

Database login failed.

Logs says Data cache load error. SmartConsole.DataServiceReference.IsApplicationGuidValidCompletedEventArgs

 This is followed by a login screen where I login with my Windows credentials which fails and gives another error.

Error: A network related or instance specific error occured while establishing a connection to SQL server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that instance name is correct and that SQL server is configured to allow remote connections.

Please help.

Hi, thanks for the query.

Has the credentials that were used to create and install OME database changed? Please check if the database being used by this OME setup is intact and can be logged in to using same credentials that you are providing through OME UI. If everything seems fine, please contact Dell Support to take a closer look and help resolve the problem.
