Remote update - Unable to verify Update Package signature
Hello,
From the moment I've updated DELL OME to 2.2.0.2056 version I'm not able to deploy updates remotely and I always get the error: "Unable to verify Update Package signature"
I mention that I've already used all the three sources available in Catalog Source -> Online Source
- downloads.dell.com/.../catalog.cab
- ftp.dell.com/.../catalog.cab
- ftp.dell.com/.../catalog.cab
and also the option "Skip Signature and Hash Check" in "System Update Task"
The result is the same, cannot update, error: "Unable to verify Update Package signature"
Thanks in advance,
Augustin

Could you give me some more information:
It sounds like your iDRAC might be a really old version that is not yet supported with OME, for the supported versions see the OME support Matrix.

Hi Martijn,
I've tried to update several servers of different models. Dell NX3230, PowerEdge R730xd and PowerEdge R630. I also tried to apply BIOS, iDRAC, RAID Controller, Netowork, 13G Backplane, Dell 32 Bit uEFI Diagnostics..., Dell Os Driver Pack.... None of them I can install, and I get the same error message: "Unable to verify Update Package signature".
This happens from the moment I've upgraded OME to Version 2.2.0.2056

Please pick one server and give me the firmware version of the iDRAC and we can work from there

What does the Dell Troubleshoot tool say when you connect to WS-MAN on the iDRAC?
Could you try to update the BIOS for that device through the iDRAC GUI and see what happens?

Sorry I did not respond sooner, are you doing "Inband" (OMSA) or "Out-of Band" (iDRAC) updates?

Via iDRAC GUI is working, no problem.
It is the only way I can deploy updates, since via OME didn't work.
From the moment I posted I did another updates and I've observed that, randomly direct updates were done via OME. So, only some time, from time to time, direct updates were done but not staged updates at all.

Could you post the results of the Dell Troubleshoot tool (is on the OME server) when connecting to WS-MAN on the iDRAC?

I'm not seeing anything in your post, could you copy past the text instead of an image?
