Update was not aplied - failure
Hi again :)
I want to have 1 server in the green area. So i start to update it.
I have 1 recommended driver left.
It's for the Videocard.
The weird thing is, that when i enter the servicetag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed as per privacy policy> on the Dell website, i can download this driver for the Videocard: VIDEO_DRVR_WIN_R276936.EXE
It's a different driver/version? I download the Catalog today.
Here the log:
PackageCode 5
PackageFileName C:\Users\A-XXX~1\AppData\Local\Temp\s4vo\Video_Driver_08MVF_WN32_4.00.01.004_1.0.EXE

The other question is: Have i to do the optional updates, to get this machine green in Ome?
Tnx in advance

Hi Sergej,
For the phone support, you can go to this web page and click the country in the top-left corner of the web page for the local number.
http://www.dell.com/support/contents/de/de/dedhs1/article/Contact-Information/Technical-Support/technical-support-phone-numbers
Hope that helps,
Rob

Hi,
i opened a case yesterday. They will forward it to the Software Department.
The Problem with the Networkadapter update is known at Dell, and will be fixed. I just wonder, that nobody of you could say it.

Ok, just to confirm...
Before you sent the update, can you tell me what the compliance report said for this driver for the installed version and available version.
Thx

Thanks Dean.
This looks like the issue that is addressed with the new Broadcom driver to be published in first half of Dec (I hope!)
