how to edit file ?
I need to edit the dconfig.ini file for OME Essentials 2.2 but keep getting access denied error when trying to save the edit file, I know I have full control access on the file, it should be some services running locking up the file from being changed, anyone have any idea which services need to be stopped to enable editing the dconfig.ini file ? thanks

The problem is UAC in Windows that prevents you from editing a file in the Program Files directory without explicit Admin rights.
Make sure that you start you Notepad or editing program with right click "Run as administrator" before opening the file.
