9150 Flashing Green Light
Computer will not power up. Flashing green light. Swapped motherboard battery and ATX power supply.(Shorted black and green wires on 24 pin connector and fan comes on). Hit - (minus) on the monitor and a message pops stating "Power Save Mode"
After above attempts, I still get a flashing green light, no beeps, no led lights.......no nothing. Help
