A CD is now stuck in my drive, which won't eject...

I have an Studio XPS 8100. I was uploading an audio book into iTunes when, on disk 4, the drive decided it wouldn't open.  I tried right clicking on the drive to get to the eject -- but it wouldn't work. I restarted, and now the computer doesn't even recognize the drive.  There are none of the old small holes that I've had on other computers for emergency eject.  Is there another way to do a manual, emergency eject?

I'm running Windows 7.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Update:  After several restarts -- but nothing else -- my drive seems to be working okay again. (knock on wood).
