Dell recently installed a new hard drive, mother board, & video card on my old Dimension E520 (running Windows XP). I utilized the utility disk to install the printer and can print without any problem. However, when attempting to use the scanner, the Dell A-I-O program just freezes. When I end the program via task manager, I get the pop up error “AIOC.exe unresponsive error”. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled and that doesn’t seem to resolve the issue.
Any suggestions or be greatly appreciated!
