AMD FirePro W4100 in Dell T1700 - Crash issues

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the AMD FirePro W4100 installed in 5 of my company's Dell Precision T1700 SFF towers. When the users open most files in Adobe Illustrator the graphics card will crash, force Illustrator to close, reset and then give a notification that the graphics card has failed. 

This is only an issue with the PCs that have the AMD FirePro W4100 as we have the same PC configuration on other machines except that they have the nVidia NVS 510 graphics card installed and we have never experienced any crashes with these using the same applications and opening the same files without any issues.

I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the latest available from the AMD website but this still hasn't resolved the issue.

Are there any known issues with the AMD FirePro W4100 and its performance? If so, what troubleshooting steps can I take to try and resolve these issues?
