Alert! Card Cage fan failure
First, I can't remember the case's name so I will just check it and edit this post when I find out.
This problem never showed before but after a recent cleaning for the case, it started to occur.
Reading about it, it was said that it's related to motherboard and monitoring the fan, however, a game which I used to run flawlessly suddenly started to have an ugly fps drops and I started to wonder could that warning be the reason and if yes, how to solve it.

Please update the BIOS and chipset drivers from the Dell Support Site.
Run the on-board Dell diagnostics and capture any error code or message you receive.
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.
