Alienware aurora alienfx and ambient sensors not working After mother board and main board replacement

Hello, I recently had my motherboard replaced on my alienware aurora and I had to reinstall windows. So I reformatted the drives and did a clean reinstall. I then installed all drivers and such except the command center drivers. Without the com and center drivers alienfx worked fine. But I then installed com and center and restarted and the alienfx died on me. I uninstalled the command center and shut off my pc, unplugged the power conector from the wall and pc and held down power button for a good minute. I also then waited 30 seconds before booting up. Still nothing. Does anybody have a fix to the issue. Also do I really need command center to enjoy this system. Thanks and please help. Sincerely, Aatish.P
