Bios A10 Dell recommended download problem on X51 R2 will not boot.

after downloading recommended bios A10 update in the support section of Dell my pc system will not boot to windows. keeps saying I need to insert boot media or enter a key. really do not like this at all. and now it won't even let me go back to the original bios A07 it says this is not allowed.. this is very irritating. any advice would be appreciate.

Hold down the power button for 30 s. Then power up and press F2, do you get to the BIOS setup?

What version of Windows were you running?

I am not happy that Dell recommends an update BIOS that will not boot correctly.
