Bios Precision 220

I am trying to flas the bios on a Precision 220 and I am getting this error msg: Connect run under protected environment
Any idea please. Thanks

you have to restart the computer with the floppy you have created and flash the bios in dos mode

The unit will not boot from the floppy I have created

The file you should have taken is BWS22013. Open this in windows and it will create a bootable floppy with the flash file. When you shut down the computer and then restart the flash should start
