Please go to support.dell.com enter the service tag of the system. Click on system configuration, select the original configuration. You would be able to see the card that was shipped with the system and install the drivers accordingly.

Uninstall the devices which has an exclamation mark in the device manager. Please use the link http://dell.to/1GLfrms for dell support site and enter the service tag of the system or browse for the product and select the system model. Click on drivers and download, select the OS. Download the driver for the Bluetooth card and install on the system.

I did uninstall but I'm not sure which ones to install.
Do you know which ones I need? I know I have a Dell Inspiron One 2020 with windows 8, but there are more than one that say they'd be compatible.
How do I find out which ones I really need?
