Brought new monitor now need new video card for Dimension 4100

I just brought a Samsung LCD monitor 214t 21.3 inch.  I currently have a Dell Dimension 4100 /933.  I need to replace the video card.  Could someone please guide me in the right direction.  I need a card that will work at 1600/1200 resolution and that also has a DVI connection.  I know my motherboard has a AGP connection.  I also understand it's a universal connection, so would that give me more options.  I have notice on some AGP cards the connector part (gold Tabs) some looked notched differently.  The monitor will be here this friday coming from Newegg so I was hoping to have the video card installed before the arrivial.  I'm alittle confused between what all the numbers mean for instance1.0/2.0/3.0 also 132 pin/32 bit.  Any and all help will be deeply appreciated.  Thanks
