Can't Open Optiplex 9030 AIO
I am trying to add RAM to my AIO. I removed the stand, found the two release tabs and moved both outward. I see a white dot on each side. but cannot remove back panel. I do not want to break anything by prying. The manual makes it sound almost as if the back panel will fall off into your hands, but not so. What have I missed?

Old post, but for others searching for the answer, just carefully pry off the outer (back) shell with your fingers. I was able to upgrade my memory by prying with only a little finger pain, and no broken plastic. Oh, and remember to remove the stand first.
