Cannot use pen on OptiPlex 9020 All In One with touch
Hi,
I tried to use a Surface 4 Pro pen on the 9020 AIO. it pairs fine, the (eraser) button works, but I cannot write with it.
Are there pens that will work with this AIO?

Only a capacitive stylus will work (as a finger substitute). This isn't a digitizing tablet -- it's a touchscreen system.
You'd need something like this:

Apologies that the Surface 4 Pro Pen does not work with your optiplex 9020 AIO . The specifications for the pen shows compatibilty for the following products:
The capacitive stylus pen should work with your 9020.
