Changing the Service Tag on a Dell Inspiron 530 Motherboard

I had to replace the motherboard in my Dell Inspiron 530. I got one that was pulled out of an Inspiron 530S. Now I need to change the service tag. Since my product is too old and Dell isn't able to help me, does anyone know a way so I can get the right service tag on my new motherboards?

Reboot and enter the Bios. Go to System Info. See if the Service Tag can be changed there by pressing Enter on it. If not, then I do not know of any other way to do it.

If there is already a tag there it cannot be changed.

Understood, so you can only add a service tag number if the field is currently blank. I doubt that the older utility dellbiosreset.iso or DSTCD (Dell Service Tech CD) would work on this desktop model.
