Clean installation of Windows 10 on Vostro 3250

I have a new Vostro 3250 and I would like to install win 10 pro from the dvd I recived with the computer. I've changed the settings in Bios to UEFI mode , safe boot is disabled and when i choose F12 and to boot from cd/dvd I can hear the disk spinning but after a minute it stops and I get Win 10 recovery screen :

Can anyone tell my why is it so difficult to boot from CD/DVD to make a clean install ? The DVD with win 10 is original not some cracked copy.
