Compatible Graphics card upgrade for XPS 435T(9000)
I would like to upgrade my OEM card (Nvidea GeForce 240 GTS) to a card that supports higher version Open CL and GL features, for more efficient photo editing with Photoshop CC, and another editing program requiring better specs . No gaming .
How can I tell which cards will be compatible with my system? Running Pentium i7 920, 9GBRam, Win7 home SP1,

Professional Apps use QUADRO not Geforce cards. CUDA is nvidia but OPEN CL is AMD Fire Pro.
You cant mix and match the 2.
