DELL Workstation T7600 and PNY nvidia FX 3800 not work

The problem:

Dell Precision T7600 the newest and most advanced workstation of DELL not work with PNY quadro nvidia fx 3800

Dell Precision T7600 not boot with PNY quadro nvidia fx 3800 and not show video signal

And support of DELL not help to resolve. even

First, please make sure any drivers from a previously used video card have been removed from the system.

This video card needs to be installed in slot #4 shown below.

After installation, boot to the BIOS (F2) and check the PCI information to ensure the card is recognized. There may be other PCI configuration options that need to be set properly for this card to work that are available in the new versions of the BIOS. Look around carefully for any such options.

Finally, after saving and exiting the BIOS, verify the diagnostic LEDs (1,2,3,4) are lit following POST.

I tested in slot # 2 and slot # 4 (numbering depending image)

Can not access the bios that gives no video signal.

I tried connecting 2 video cards the "PNY NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800" and another, and the system does not detect the "quadro fx 3800" in any slot

tryed with "PNY NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800" and work perfectly buy "PNY NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800" boot but not show video

Unfortunately I think if that is for incompatibility.

The problem is that from the technical department give me no answer yet.

I suppose would have to take a BIOS update correcting this incompatibility.

In my company we have purchased a few days ago and 5 of these workstation can not use them for this problem with the DELL Precision T7600 and nvidia fx 3800.

Sounds like a compatibility problem with the FX 3800. Sorry.
