I had to do a total wipe on my harddrive and I think I have lost my DVD burner program. Can I download any DVD burner program?

I had to do a total wipe on my harddrive and I think I have lost my DVD burner program. Can I download any DVD burner program?

Thanks for writing to us.
Please let us know which dvd program you used to use.
If its windows, then its embedded with the windows, if its a third party free program you can install directly from the vendor website.

If that app was something Dell originally installed, you may be able to download it again -for free- from My Dell Downloads.
Otherwise, there are a bunch of free DVD burner apps available on the net. Just be sure to download any of them from a reputable site so you don't get malware, and watch carefully when you run the installation and don't allow it to install useless junkware along with the burner app .
